Here's a summary of what I discuss in the episode...and I have to say: This is one of my favorite episodes ever. Why? Because I think this could stop & prevent future angst and stress in your new business.

 

1. You're worried about the fact that there's other businesses out there doing/selling what you're doing/selling. It's time to get over this! After all, if others are doing it then it's a good sign that there is a market for it. Also remember: they are not you. They are not doing things the way you are. They don't possess your personality or way or process. Even if you're selling the same thing - you're actually very different. And by you showing up regularly, you'll get known & create loyal fans!

 

2. So many of you are scared. You are taking this wayyyyy too seriously right now. This is not life or death. You GET to do this. You GET to pursue your dream. This is your time to TRY this. If it doesn't work out, then it doesn't work out. The worst thing that can happen is you lose a few thousand dollars you spent. BUT, you would gain the clarity to know that is not the direction you want to take your life. AND, you will have taken initiative and tried something new. This is what life is about - taking action, learning & evaluating. It's all good if you decide business isn't for you! On to things that do work for you!
