Ep 104: 3 Predictable times your customers will buy

  In today's episode, I share with you 3 predictable times your customers will be buying. This is good to know so you can always be prepared and have your products/services ready!

As you all know, I had my own online gift boutiques for about 16 years and learned so much about customer buying cycles. So, today I also share with you some stories & examples from my past businesses.

1 - Holidays. Yes, you better be ready for all the buying seasons throughout the year. Think through who you are catering to and what holidays they tend to buy. And then you can create marketing and promos around those times.

2. Personal events. Think through life changes that people go through, and what items do you have that they would want during those life events? For examples, weddings, divorces, grandbabies being born, turning 40, sweet 16's, when people move, when they get a pet, etc. You can create fun marketing promos during these times as well.

3. Current events. Think through things that are happening in the world or trendy things happening. For example, are you a sewist? During our Covid times, could you make Covid masks? Or let's say you print t-shirts and everyone is wearing things featuring their favorite artist or actor or something like that. You can get in on the trends by catering to what is currently going on in the world.
