In today's episode, I share how to set realistic goals for your new business so that you are NOT creating UNATTAINABLE goals that you surely can't reach.

 Here's the thing: Many business owners set lofty goals. And that's a good thing, right? It's good to push yourself, extend yourself, reach your potential, right? 

But the problem is they are lofty. Many are unachievable. And you set yourself up for disappointment. 

I am NOT saying don't set big goals, so please don't misread this.

I'm simply saying: BE REALISTIC.

Look at last year's numbers and achievements. Analyze your season of life. Think through your actually desires for your business what direction you are headed.

Don't just make huge goals because of all the marketing being thrown at you that you should be making a zillion dollars and have a zillion followers by the end of the year.

Be realistic. It's much healthier - and it is what will set you up for success.
