1. Choose to help certain people you would love to serve

2. Who are suffering a specific problem you would love to solve

3. And offer something simple to help them :) 

I talk you through scenarios in real life and businesses you may know of that appeal to certain people - and how some have grown so big they are ABLE to appeal to a lot of people. But realize that most businesses do NOT appeal to everyone. Even Amazon isn't for everyone.
