Ep 177: Working hard doesn't mean you'll be successful

In today’s episode, I talk about the fact that hard work doesn’t always equal success, and what I believe will ACTUALLY will.
So many new business owners think that if they just “work hard” that they will grow & make lots of money. But what they don’t realize is that sometimes working hard isn’t fruitful. You can waste a lot of time “working hard” - and I don’t even understand the definition of that anyways.
Today I take you through 3 things that I believe will help you to be successful - and they are all based around the DECISIONS you make along the way.
1 - You will be successful when you decide to keep things simple. Complicating things will get you no where. It will cost you money. It will cost you time. It will cost you your sanity lol. Stop complicating things & DECIDE to keep it simple.
1 - You will be successful if you know when to pivot/adjust/change things. So many new owners get stuck doing the same thing over and over and its not working. This not getting you closer to success. You have to know when to change/adapt.
3 - You will be successful when you DECIDE on the most important part of your business. Is it that you HAVE to make a certain amount of money. Or that you want to impact people. Or that you can ONLY work certain hours. You have to decide what will make this successful for you.
